Damaged my daughters hair

I'm truly sorry to hear about your experience. I personally reached out to you via email requesting more information including pictures and details about how the products were used, but unfortunately, I haven't received a response.

Since the products were only used once, I would really appreciate understanding what you noticed that made you feel your daughter's hair was damaged. As a mom myself and the founder of CurlCubs, I put so much thought and care into these products. I would never want a child to have a negative experience, which is exactly why I want to understand what happened.

Love this trio so much!!! The smell of each item is soooo delicious. The shampoo cleanses really well without feeling like it stripped away the natural oils. The conditioner detangled the hair so smoothly, loved that there were no tears during wash day. The styling cream is great but specifically love how moisturizing it is when refreshing day 3 & even day 4 curls!!! Will buy over and over again!
